Getting the release from a toy

by Denise Fenzi | Apr 15, 2020 | Uncategorized | 1 comment

Is your dog great about biting a toy but doesn't let go?  This is Dice's second lesson on the skill of releasing a toy - give it a shot! Follow me (Denise Fenzi) on Facebook if you want to see his daily training live, and ask questions if you wish. On another note, if you're struggling with reactive behavior with your dog in public, tomorrow night is the third in a three part series of webinars to help you with this.  The first two are available as prerequisites so you'll know what is happening!  Purchase now - watch the first two today or tomorrow and then join the final webinar with a bit of background.  This method is simple to explain, requires no food, toys or special equipment and works quickly and easily for a reasonable percentage of dogs. You can purchase any or all of them here. And read about tomorrow might's webinar, Advanced Techniques for Reactivity, Over-arouasal and Problem Solving.

Nice! I have always taught a ‘give’ using food. I am going to try your method!
